The hotel isn't too hard to find, but it's buried in the middle of a lot of hotels in the area so you need to keep an eye out. Lobby was nice, clerks were very friendly. Room was very clean and a good size. TV is a little small, though. Only heard one airplane considering how close we were to the Concord airport, but to be fair I don't think it's a very busy airport. I would stay here again if if in the area.
It was okay, good breakfast, nice beds clean room. But the pillows were tiny and weren't big enough for a head and the shower head barely worked. I wouldn't stay again but it was okay for short notice 2 night stay
The place is clean. I do suggest that you book and pay through a third party. If you do not they will claim you have not paid. Keep your receipt for proof of payment. I did not have that the 1st time i stayed i had to repay when I checked in. I could not find a person in the corporate office who could assist me with a refund of the extra payment. Good place to stay just make sure you can produce the receipt.
""I'm in love with the Wingate by Wyndham""!!! They really rolled out the red carpet for you as far as making you feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciation for your business. To me it is a very very pleasant and beautiful place to stay. Every time we go out of town I don't care where I'm going, I'm going to always stay at the Wingate by Wyndham, or try one of the other Wyndham hotel chains. The Excellency is top-notch the only thing that I could suggest is that they serve ice cream as a option for guests. In the evenings or afternoons as a snack to go long with their delicious cookies. I'd recommend them to all friends and family!!!
The room was clean, the free breakfast was good, check in and check out was easy. All you could ask for in a hotel, no complaints.
