This hotel was great! Spotless on the inside and affordable. No need to go anywhere else (unless you love hotel breakfast in the morning).
Very clean and comfortable. The full kitchen has a very small selection of essentials, but they're surprisingly good quality for a rental (a good nonstick pan for making eggs - thank you!!). Pleasant staff. Looks like they'd recently renovated - floors, paint and some of the furniture are brand new. Comfy bed. Decent TV and Wi-Fi. It may not be fancy, but we were very pleased.
I can NOT speak high enough about this place! Not only is the price fantastic but the rooms are just as comfortable as home (maybe better). My husband and I stayed in the standard suite and LOVED it! The room was so clean, the hardwood floors give a high end feel, but the price says affordable and they mean it. The best part about this place was the mattress was extremely comfortable. I've stayed in 5 star resorts that had mattresses that weren't as comfy as these, and quality sleep is very important to me. Joyce was extremely helpful and made herself available to assist us on our unusual check in day, and she was so patient with me on several questions I asked. The kitchen really is fully stocked so all you need is groceries! It was a very quiet and relaxing place to stay and I plan to stay only here every time I visit Charlotte/Concord area. Superb job!!!!!
This place is not what they are paying these people on here to say. The manager is very nosey, the owner makes them go in your room while your working. Looking through your refrigerator, cabinets, closet and everything else. But tell you it's a maintenance check. Every week there's a maintenance check. They make up lies to steal your desopit. It was the worst stay ever for me.
Great value and a convenient location just north of Charlotte. For this price, it's a great deal. I've never had an Internet problem. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I've been staying here for 6 weeks so far for work and haven't had any issues. I highly recommend this business.
