Hotel was situated perfectly to access nearby USA Airport, Charlotte Speedway and downtown Concord. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and came with ample pillows to fit all types of sleepers. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was an added bonus. Overall a great stay for the cost.
We came back one day to find the bed unmade and clean towels stacked on the bed. The dirty towels were still laying in the bathroom.
I have stayed at this Sleep Inn many times during the past 8 years. The condition of the hotel during this stay has convinced me I will not be staying there again. The first floor was clean enough, but the carpet on the second and third floors was absolutely filthy. The shower in our room looked dirty and stained.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The check in was quick and the check out a breeze. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've seen at a hotel chain. About 30 minutes from the city center and about 5 from Concord Mills Mall traffic allowing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.
I cannot thank Sleep Inn & Suites at Concord Mills enough...during Hurricane Irma, they dropped their no pet policy so that evacuees like myself could seek shelter with our pets. With myself, my son, my two large dogs and two cats, it would have been very difficult to find an affordable place to stay, otherwise. Service was fantastic, the rooms are clean and modern...it was a better experience than I could have hoped for in our situation. My family is very grateful.
When I was making the reservation I wanted to use points for one of the days. Your website stated to call at least 30 days in advance to use them. Upon calling, the reservationist insisted I call at least 30 days in advance. That's when I discovered what she really meant was that I needed to call LESS THAN 30 days in advance. Being mutually exclusive, you need to determine which one it really is, and let everyone handling your reservations know that words have meanings and they need to use the proper ones.
Apparently, since Joe left, management of this hotel has fallen off significantly. We will not be back. There are too many other options in the area to stay in a dirty hotel.
A dump. First room we went to had a strong smell of dust. The shower was nasty. The filth in the shower had obviously built up over time. I took a picture of the shower and showed it to the desk clerk. We went to second room on another floor. Room was better but not good. The carpet in the halls on every floor we went on was the nastiest I have ever witnessed in a motel. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund and left. Employees were nice and curteous but the owner needs to spend the money and clean the place up. Will not go back. Yes, I reported my experience with Choice Motel. Got a room at another motel that was very nice for less money.
