Great customer service, the staff is super friendly and they really attend to your need. Hotel is very clean and accessible to alot around Concord and Charlotte. I would definitely stay again
Very nice hotel! Smells good and has great lighting! I really enjoyed the setup of the hotel room. It was very unique and clean.
If you like the hotel newly built, you would love the new and clean smell. Feels like more than a home and well taken care of. Specious and most importantly it has a kitchen if you travel often. I like my meal home cook. I want to say great staff, too.
Our two bedroom suite was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but still good. I would stay there again.
