Customer service great but never order a shoe from. Here
My husband and I went in to look for a thick, warm hoodie. One of the employees approached us and asked if we needed any help. My husband told the employee what we were looking for and explained how everything we'd found had been too thin. The employee proceeded to go off on a tangent about how cheaply clothes are made, politics, and conspiracy theories for a good 15-20 minutes... The employee then tells my husband the North Face jacket my husband was wearing was "crap"! Needless to say, we left and will not be returning!
