Visited the store today in the firearm sections and was helped by Richard. He was fantastic to work with. He gave me a lot to think about in my selection of which firearm to purchase. Just when I thought about making a purchase, he told me it was best to go to a gun range and try them out. I already knew that I was going for a Glock 19 because I've shot one before and it was a great fit for me. But to carry concealed, it's not the best option for me more for home protection. When I'm ready to purchase exactly what I want, I'll be coming back to Richard. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Store was clean and organized as usual.

Fine selection of home brewed beers. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Food available. Clean & bright great friendly atmosphere

I Love Bass Pro Shop...just not this one. I was working out of town around Christmas time and wanted to stop in to this Bass Pro location to purchase a concealed carry pistol for my Wife. I was looking at a particular pistol that they had priced at $299. This pistol is roughly $70 cheaper near my hometown and frequently found online to be at least $50 cheaper. I asked the man behind the counter if they price matched and he said they did. I mentioned that Buds Gun Shop, a large gun retailer, was about $65 less than they were. "We do not match Buds prices" was the response that I was given. "Well, that's convenient" I say. "You have a price match program but only if the price that you're trying to match is the same or higher than the price you offer." I told the Gentleman behind the counter that "it doesn't seem right that a huge company like Bass Pro Shop wouldn't get the same or better prices than a much smaller and mainly online based company such as Buds Gun Shop." Seems like common sense right? This Man explained that "Most people will pass 10 gun shops to come purchase a gun at Bass Pro Shop." He then went on to explain that the "gun manufacturers know this, and because of this, charge them more for guns, which leads to the higher prices." That didn't make much sense to me. I figured that if you're one of the largest seller of guns, and the most popular, that you would be the company that the manufacturers would give some of the best prices to right? The only way I can possibly understand this is that the people at Bass Pro in charge of buying from the suppliers are Idiots. They decided to "take it up the shorts" from their suppliers and pass it on to their customers. After all, they are the biggest, and the best, so why shouldn't they get the best prices...Right? Now does this sound like good customer service? Not to me it doesn't. Obviously, based off this interaction, Bass Pro Shop does not care about their customers. I would suggest not passing the 10 places to go buy a gun because it sounds like all 10 of these places decided not to pass the screws on to the customer. According to the man behind the counter at this location that's exactly what Bass Pro Shop does. In fact, he sounded like an arrogant fool thinking that he's doing me a favor, as Bass Pro, by even selling me a firearm. I hope Bass Pro Shop reads this...I hope that Bass Pro Shop takes this very real experience into account... I hope Bass Pro Shop looks into it and fires the dumb a** that was standing behind the counter that day I walked in to spend almost $300. The reason I didn't was because of that Employee. By the way, the crew I was working with was working at 10:15 am on 12/16/2017. The employees that were there at that time that I didn't deal with were the ones that totally ignored me in the first place. So as far as I'm concerned they are all guilty of being bad employees.

Always enjoy shopping (and looking around) at Bass Pro Shops. They have a little bit of everything and, how can you not stop and take a peek at the large fish tank? I especially like their candles in the home section up front. Sometimes clothing and shoes are a little expensive but, they do run sales on these items and you can get great deals on items, especially at Christmas time. Highly recommend.

Large variety of items in the store. There are also fun activities for children and adults. Just make sure that if you are looking for anything in particular you ask more than one associate. I went in today and associate told me an item was sold out, when to a lead associate who walked me to where the item was located and showed me the items remaining. Check out is really quick and ample parking available.
