Traveling through Concord from Charlotte and looked to eat a familiar, trusted establishment for breakfast. Yeah..nope! The food tasted as if it were from Monday's leftovers. I've never had a chicken biscuit be both dry and greasy at the same time, while also being lukewarm at best. The drive thru operator was a little slow and off as well as he forgot my drink, but everyone has those days. The CFAs in Charlotte are much, much better.
As expected, food was excellent and the service was just as good. Lines were not too long and our food was brought to is within minutes of ordering. Refills we're provided to us free of charge and our table was cleaned off by staff that had a friendly attitude. Everyone in our family loves to eat at Chick-fil-A.
There the best! I eat there almost everyday. They got the fastest service ever. And the food is always fresh and good!
I love this Chick-fil-A!! I was sad when they closed down for their remodel but you should see it now! There are two drive through ordering lanes and a beautiful remodel done on the interior. I have never thought these restaurants were good at food and decor but this remodel has changed my mind! They are stepping up their game for the future with this remodel!
I did a mobile pay order. After using the facilities I stood by the pick up order sign. A team leader walked passed me from behind the counter and started sweeping the floor. Two other employees looked at me and said nothing. One finally came up to ask what I needed after another customer stood beside me to get a refill. The Concord location needs to definitely work on their customer service. It was around 10:45am no later than 11am so they were not busy.
