My family and I went here for my husband's birthday and it was amazing. Gabriana was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. We had a few different dishes and all were amazing. The chicken marsala was great and my husband loved it and was definitely fulfilled by the amount he received. Thanks for making his birthday dinner amazing!
This is a restaurant that has great potential but has not lived up to it. Bad service and bland food continue to be the main problems. Ever changing menu continues. I hope management will concentrate on food and service issues, instead of his music career.
This is for the sit down section (I actually thought the pizza side was a great value). The menu says entrees are to be shared... $14 for 3 tiny pieces of eggplant parmesan, $18 for 5 small shrimp in the shrimp scampi... they do pile on the pasta though, so I guess you can share noodles. The garlic knots were hard to eat. Marsala and sauces had very little flavor.
Overall experience was disappointing
For being a new restaurant in town thought would give it a try. Sitting inside would be a 15-20 minute wait. A nice night so sat outside and was forgotten about multiple times. Arrived at 6:40pm, seated at 6:42pm, order taken at 7:20pm, all the food came out 8:30pm. Calamari was not cutup, arrived completely whole
Went to Basilico's a couple times as it is conveniently located for us. Service is good and casual, very personable. Food is really good (chicken parmigiana and the calzones to be recommended!) and portions are generous too! There is a small stage with setup for live music so I guess I will have to go back to check it! Overall a very pleasant experience that we will repeat in the future... many times!
