Love the vets, but the receptionist Kaleigh is so nasty when people come in and when I call to check on my pet she acts as if clients are a bother.
We took our dog in to see if she was pregnant. We were told no way that she was just getting extremely fat. 3 weeks later and she delivered 9 puppies. Would not recommend.
Lord knows I appreciate my pet care plan with Banfield because if I had to pay out of pocket each time my dog saw the vet I would have to give him away but every time I visit Banfield they try to offer me treatments, services, or products (for a fee/not included in my care plan) that my pet does not need. This is SUPER annoying. And besides they try to make you feel badly as if you are neglecting your pet by not taking them up on there "suggestive care options". They are more like up-sales. I am sure at the end of the night the employees (including the vet) are reprimanded or rewarded for how many times they got a customer to pay for something they really did not need or even want for their pet. Sigh.
Usually my dog goes nuts when someone gives him a shot but at this place he literally didn't even feel it. Very clean and friendly place. My dog actually enjoyed himself
I have never been disappointed when I have taken any of my pets there. Wonderful caring and knowledgeable staff. They offer annual programs for pets that save oodles of dollars. Great hours. Can't say enough good about these folks.
