Over the years we have bought and sold over a dozen houses. Dealing with this group has been by far the worst experience of dealing with realtors. We had nothing but issues with Brandi Honeycutt, our original listing agent, and Al Dirusso our current agent. Brandi made promises of all she was going to do to sell our house but did none of what she promised. When we complained to the Broker we were reassigned to Al Dirusso. He was no better. Again promises made but no action. Communication is almost non-existant. The attitude from the whole organization seems to be to make promises to get the listing, but once they have it they do nothing to sell the house. We have wasted an entire year with these people. I would advise anyone looking for a realtor to stay as far away from Sotheby's as possible.
