I cannot speak to the level of service received by their Charlotte office but I would highly recommend utilizing a different company than Benham in the Raleigh/Durham area. My agent made multiple errors in filing my paperwork delaying my closing; far beyond the anticipated date. Additionally he provided the wrong address to a party involved; they attempted to return a bank cashier's check to an address that doesn't exist and now the funds cannot be located. I got my house and I am happy with it but I might has well have done the work myself considering I had to baby sit my agent only to still have multiple issues come up.
If I could pick 0 stars I would. I had an agent named Frank refuse to submit my offer on and REO because he thought it was too low. Isn't that for the owner of the property to decide.
Tried multiple times to see a property that they were listing. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. Stay far away from these people.

As a first time home buyer I had a million questions and Matt made sure I understood everything. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth. I am so thankful for all of his hard work. We love our new home.
