The service was fine, but the food was only acceptable. The waffles were not crispy, and the grits were blah. No amount of margarine could save either. I'd hoped for a better experience from such a well known chain.

The experience I had here was terrible. I went to this location after a long 10 hour shift at work and just wanted to eat a waffle. I'm an easy customer. I typically order, eat, and leave. I'm a customer that will tip good even if my service was mediocre because I understand people have to make a living. I was ignored by the waitress. She said she'd be with me in a moment. There were only 6 or 7 people in the restaurant and all of them already had their food. I sat there for 10-15 min and waited and the waitress walked past me helping other customers. Even the other customers were starting to ask if I had been served yet which I wasn't. There was no reason why I shouldn't have been served. I ended up leaving with no service. I contacted their complaint line and complained. They got upper management involved. The district manager called me apologizing. He stated that he had talked to the employee. However he told me that he told her "I get it." He told his employee he understands why she didn't serve me and told me that he doesn't believe she intentionally ignored me. He had pulled the video and saw her purposefully ignore me. I told him that she was intentionally ignoring me and there was no reason why she shouldn't have served me. He said "Well we live in a world where we can't get into people's minds and know why they did or didn't do something." ........ What? First of all there's NEVER a good reason to ignore a customer. The district manager should NOT have told the employee he understands why she ignored me. Second, he took the side of the employee and brushed it off and did nothing to correct the action. Thirdly, he dismissed my concerns basically by saying "Oh there's no way to know WHY she didn't serve you". Management is obviously just as bad as it's employees. I wouldn't waste your time. I actually like Waffle House but won't be returning.

Always great service! Staff is awesome. Food is fast and hot!!

Other than most of the staff being really loud it was pretty good service and the food was great.

The service is horrible. The manager wouldn't come out and help the staff at theor busiest hour. The place was a hot mess. Go to another location.
