Staff was very rude an unhelpful. It was like pulling teeth to get information. I literally had to repeat my question over 6 or 7 times just to get a little bit of guidance. The staff member kept saying she can't give legal advice, but I never once asked for legal advice. I felt like she was using that cop out statement so she didn't have to do her job. Finally, after several minutes of forcing her to do her job (and answer my questions or refer me in the right direction), I was able to gather somewhat of an idea on what I needed to do. She mentioned that I would need to obtain a certain document but never offered to give me a copy from the drawer she had full of the very document I needed. I had to ask for it. I was so disgusted with what I experienced there.
December 27th, closed for holiday. What holiday? Also, does not say when or if it will be open again.

Really helpful staff and as friendly as to be expected. The water fountains worked and the bathrooms and similar facilities were well cleaned. You can get great service over the phone with the Clerks always pointing me in the right direction.
So far I have no issues with the folks I speak to at the clerk office. You juat have to start out by asking how their day is and you should have smooth sailing from there. Just sound courteous.
