I am a Real Estate broker I represented the seller on the transaction. We closed on a Friday morning meaning the recording was to be done that same day and funds were to be disbursed later that afternoon or latest Monday. Lutzel Broadway & Associates mailed the seller's proceeds that Tuesday, they did not put enough postage in the envelope so it was returned. The seller had to wait 10 days from the date of recording to receive his proceeds. Only after I called several times did they agree to over night his check. To make matters worse when I called to follow up the employee whom I spoke to was very rude. Never closing a transaction with this firm again.
