Having previously found a ring that practically fell apart right away, my fiancé and I were discouraged that we may not be able to find a ring of beauty and quality within our budget. Every single person in this REEDS store was absolutely amazing--the most kind, sweet, and understanding people you'll ever meet. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, they jumped to help put together the perfect stone and setting. Store Manager Jaya even called another store, got pictures taken of the stone there to show me, and had the ring shipped in for me because the stone was the color I wanted. I was so happy with our experience here that my fiancé and I will be using them for our wedding bands and all future jewelry purchases. I can't stop admiring my perfect ring! Please make the trip, you will be so happy with the service and sparkle!
I went to the Concord Mills location and had a great experience. Terry is awesome and the ring is beautiful! I mentioned potentially wanting to change to the placement of the engagement ring I purchased and he made the arrangements to get it taken care of and even called to follow up with me. Needless to say we will be back!
This Reeds in particular is amazing and not just because it's reeds but because of the people. When you go you absolutely have to ask for Ashton and Tip, notice it wasn't an "or" because they are the amazing people who made this one of the best and easiest experiences of my life and they will both make sure you are taken care of.

We love Terry “Tip” Tipton... he has been with us since the beginning from promise ring to picking out my soon to be husbands wedding band yesterday and deciding on a wedding band for my ring. If Terry isn’t there when we stop by we usually don’t go in THAT is how good Terry is! There is never a dull moment with him, he can crack jokes with the best of them but also gets down on an emotional level and gives his opinion when asked. I’m so thankful for the bond we have been able to create with him over the last 5 years, any other jewelry store we have been in I personally do not feel they try to make a comfortable and friendly atmosphere they just want to make a sale but at Reeds with Terry we feel we have made a life long friend. We also had the pleasure of meeting another amazing person at Reeds and only got to talk for a few minutes, I believe her name was Ashton, she was great! We will always come back to Terry and his team for any and all future purchases.
Jaya walked me through the whole process. I ended up having to take it back because my now fiance wanted to use her Grandmother's diamond and there was no issue at all..Quickly came in and showed us our options and boom! Picked it up the next day. The staff really took care of me
