Was stopped by a sales associate and she told me she was trying to win a contest by getting the most sign up for there rewards program. So I decided to help, little was I aware nor did she care to explain this was a credit card not just a store rewards card like she had said. 2 weeks later the card arrives in my mail. I most certainly do not appreciate dishonesty especially over something like this. I do take blame for not reading it thoroughly enough but it's a shame I could not trust they werent lying to my face. When I called they refused to help
Sent my ring to be re dipped for rhodium and it was supposed to come back 7/9. I was told I would receive a call or email. The ring returned on 7/8 But was sent back because they were not satisfied. No one bothered to call and tell me it would take longer. I didn't get to see it, nothing. I'll stick with Northlake Kay Jewelers.
