This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever experience . the person there Angela is so rude and not professional. Her tone is terrible, she refuse to provide simple document. Beware of this agency as long as this women is employed there this agency will never be successful. Angela has made me regret any changing to State Farm. I'm sure her lack professionalism is tolerated because her husband owns the agency which show that providing superior customer service is not a priority for him.
This place doesn't think that they need to treat their clients with dignity and respect at all. Angela shows a complete lack of professionalism, STAY AWAY! Cancelled all my policies with this agency and it wasn't soon enough. I bet it's only a matter of time before this place closes down.

My husband and I have been with Keith and his dad before him for over 28 years! Angela has always been our go to person and their whole family has always been very helpful and responsive to any of our needs! We live over 3 hours away from them when we moved in 2000 but, I only have to email or pick up the phone and get wonderful service!!
Very disappointed in the customer service that was provided from Angela. Every time talking to her the tone was rude and unpleasant. I've been with this state farm agent for years and I have cancelled due to my rates going up several times in the past year and the lack of kindness. I didn't not receive a phone call in regards to them taking money out of my account after cancelling my coverage with them. Angela thought it was no big deal to take the money. Money that was going to be used to pay for food for my family Christmas dinner.
