This company just wants to collect your premium and never pay out .My roof was leaking in my house last year and they did nothing but tell us we had to fix it ourself. ..so we did a 1000 dollars .We had a hail storm in march of this year, and know we have another leak, coming through our ceiling light fixture. We had them back out and they said the same thing. They told us to have some one come out and put up 37 shingles and you will be fine... yes until the next storm. If you are thinking about this company, your best bet is to run... VERY UPSETTING. ..
If I could give a zero star review I would. This is one of the worst agent offices ever! Allstate in general is not the problem, the people in this office ARE! They forget to apply payments, double charge payments without approval, do not mail out notices, strongarm you into electronic payments. DO NOT USE JOHN ROSE AGENCY!!!
