My husband ordered a couples massage through Groupon. After multiple attempts to contact them through phone calls and emails and no response we finally got an email back. The email stated they could not honor the couples massage due to staffing issues but we could do one on one. Then I received a message stating the appointment had to be rescheduled due to personal problems. I would say the customer service is extremely poor and don't waste your time. They are offering services they can't honor
I bought a massage through Groupon and the women at this establishment refuse to answer their phone long enough to book an appointment. I have called, texted, emailed and been to the point of picking the time for my appointment when all communication stops. For days. I then get an apology from someone random and then when I try again to book, I am left hanging. I don't know who runs this place, but they are turning away clients left and right. I want my money back.
I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage here. I had some initial troubles getting in touch with someone. I finally was able to and I made the appt for a Saturday at 10am. On that Saturday my boyfriend and I were headed there and I happened to check my email on the way and i had an email from the place saying that they had to cancel my appt bc they didn't have enough staff since someone had called out.... the email had just been sent at 9am so there was no notice and I do not check my email very often especially on the weekends. They told me I could call Groupon and try to get a refund or they could reschedule me and add 30 min to the massage. I tried to call them to reschedule but I received no answer. Instead I received a text shortly after I hung up. I ended up talking to someone through that and told them weekends are the only times that work with our schedules. She told me she would get back to me with some dates. She still hasn't and it's been 2 weeks. I've tried texting the number again, calling the place, and emailing....I've received no response. I'm going to contact Groupon and try to get my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous and no way to run a business. It sounds like many others have had similar issues. Save your money!
DO NOT waste you time or money. The owner will take your money but won't answer to calls or text when trying to book an appointment! The owner told me she would give me a refund bc of the inconvenience I had been trying since feb. to make another appt.every time I went up there the place is close. The owner told me she would give me s refund but when I questioned her a over a week later with no refund. She then tell me she doesn't have the money. Can I give her some time. Like Wth was the point of telling me I'll have a refund in a few days. DO NOT GO HERE! Save your money and go somewhere that values customers service bc this AINT IT! If you dnt believe me read the other reveiws everyone has the same problem with this place that's called a business
Horrible experience. Purchased a couple's massage through Groupon. Tried calling and emailing for weeks to schedule the appointment with no response. After requesting a refund from Groupon, they finally responded and booked us for 6 weeks out. The day of the appointment arrives, and they have cancelled on us. They recommend that we request a refund from Groupon or reschedule with them during the week. They can not honor any weekend appointments. What a waste of time and money!
