Love furniture shopping. Great place
The staff was very helpful when we originally purchased our sectional, But unfortunately within the first two weeks our ottoman retained dents in it. Their service technician came out to look at it and said it was excessive wear from our kids. We had only had the couch for two weeks at that point. We have spoken to a couple representatives since then, but they said there's nothing they can do about it:(

My family and I truly love this location. The staff is always friendly and the store is always very warm and welcoming. We have semi adopted one of the designers there as a member of our family that's how much we love him. Tim has helped my mother furnish several rooms in our home in Charlotte so when it was time to furnish my apartment in Beachwood, Ohio we knew exactly whom to go to for help. He is incredibly patient, very knowledgeable and not pushy (he's not going to follow you around the store to try and get you to purchase anything). I'm sure all the designers at this location are wonderful but we just absolutely love Tim. Every piece of furniture we have ever purchased is well made and lasts for YEARS. Being able to customize pieces makes them truly feel like it's your furniture, not just a piece you liked enough to purchase. Although some of the furniture can be a little pricey, it is worth the investment!
