Went to the Albamarle location twice. Both times we were ignored by staff. On the second visit we initiated communication. Then they knew nothing about their inventory or newspaper advertising deals. We left. Went to Concord store. Initially was fine. We purchased $1500 worth of furniture. After sale we needed to change from self pickup to delivery. Then everything went south. The salesman Matt even laughed at me and said he had better things to do than talk to me on the phone. I recorded the call. Anyone want to hear it contact me. I'll play it for you. Just say so on this comment forum.
They had a great selection of furniture, i found what i liked picked my color out. Then we set up delivery, the salesman and others were very customer friendly.
I moved here with no furniture. So I went to Badcock and received enough credit to furnish my apartment. The furniture is top quality. I definitely recommend this place.
Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful. They treated me like I was important even though I was only spending a few hundred dollars. I would recommend anyone who wants great service and great prices to visit this location.
Just wanted to take the time to share my wonderful experience at Badcock in concord. Everyone worked so well together and the place ran so smooth. The salesperson was Matt! He is by far the best salesman I have ever had, anywhere!!! He's polite, patient with his customers and very knowledgeable! I couldn't have had a better experience!! Thank you all!!
