Horrible customer service, horrible management and horrible cell service. I went to sprint to save on my monthly bill. My savings was suppose to be about $70 a month. I received a hot spot as part of a promo and it was only suppose to be $6 a month, but somehow it's $16 a month and I paid $30 for an activation along with other charges. I was billed for multiple charges that were not accurate and went to the store many times to complain and was given credits because they can't explain or understand it either. The service is terrible, and tonight after waiting a week, we went back to the store for a manager again and was told one would call. Of course that didn't happen so I called the store and FINALLY spoke to a manager, although she was extremely rude and unprofessional we went over all my charges. When I explained that I was never told I would be paying for the hot spot, or the monthly data fee her response was "its past the 30 days" I repeatedly told her it doesn't work because it's not getting a signal and that we've been complaining about it since we received it. Overall my monthly savings might be $25. Nothing close to the $70 I was originally told. I guess "you get what you pay for" applies to my situation. This contract cannot be up soon enough. I will go running back to Verizon with my tail between my legs for this GIANT mistake.
Unprofessional. Never going there again. I'll drive to Charlotte Virginia before I patronize them again.
I have had great customer service here.I recently had to get a new phone. I loved my old one but it was old and beyond repair. Carmyn Price waited on me. She is awesome! I totally recommend this location and her. She's the bomb and very patient with old girls like me.

Simply put this is the most knowledgeable Sprint store I have used. All the employees are trained very well. Trouble shooting a phone isn't easy so have patience. They're busy because they are the best store .
This store sent me to a different store just to have something that tweezers could have gotten out but instead of actually doing it they sent me to Charlotte like really won’t be back to that store very rude
