Went to see movie with 7 year old. Movie was sold out. Only seats had us sitting a row apart or on other side of room from each other. Either next to an older man or next to a high school kid. Hard to see her. Not fair. Wouldn't mind sitting separate if she was next to someone I trusted. I don't know these people. Don't know what they're capable of. The theather staff should do better to accommodate ESPECIALLY when minor child goes to see pg13 movie with an adult.
No proper sound control. Sometimes it's "extremely" loud. Everything else is fine and the sound is not always like that.
Don’t come here in the evening. There are large groups of teenagers who are completely out of control with no supervision. This place needs to up its security!
Very disappointed. Paid to watch Star Wars in Imax. Movie was great. Staff were very unprofessional. Glasses extremely dirty and were used by another person, which is a health hazard. They refused to give us a clean pair. Popcorn was burnt. Just not a great place tol enjoy a movie.
But a few of those extra-loud experiences and I may need hearing aids.

Self-serve ticket kiosk if paying w/credit card so can bypass lines. Self-serve condiments, soda/drink, and slushy/ICEE machines. Expanded menu (pretzel bites, fries, hotdogs, pizza,etc.) Typical theater overpricing w/a few combo deals. Waiting seats & tables in open area. Alcoholic beverages served at Bar/lounge near entrance. IMAX loud. DOLBY loud AND thumpy.
