i have driving eveyday to this location bht This place has been closed for over two week been trying to buy speaker no one answer the phone calls. we dont even know when they will open again.

I enjoy this store and the people that work there. But this will be the last time I shop at fye . December 2014 I got a few things , and with my purchase I got "free" magazines . Only to find out for about a year I was charged $11.99 every month . I did not sign any thing or give my credit card number other than to pay for my things. When I went to the store the manager said this had happened to a lot of people. And that her employers forget to tell people that it's only free for the first month and then u get charged if u don't cancel them. She gave my a number to call so I could get my money back . Over $120.00 ,when I called they said I was not eligible for any money back and said they would sent me coupons! To use at there sore . Hopefully the start telling every one he full terms so this doesn't happen again.
Hello, I just had to stop my day to write about this terrible location. First off, I currently work for a group home which contains 4 males teens who have been through ALOT!! Yesterday July 4th, one of my colleagues, and I took the boys to Concord Mills Mall just to get them out of the house. We walked the entire mall, they were just excited to get out. Until we hit the store F.Y.E in the mall. We enter the store and look, we noticed a couple walking out and the detector goes off (as if they stole something), so the woman that was on shift BROOKE VATZ goes running after them as if she is mall security. Come back with them and does a search of course nothing was found, when they went through the detectors again nothing went off. A second woman that was shopping in the store goes out and the detector goes off AGAIN, they chace her down and of course again SHE DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING. So the boys I was with finished looking, so we leave out and of course the detector goes off yet AGAIN. The male employee on shift by the name of TIM HERRON, comes running out the store like a crazed animal and says (extremely loud) "HEY YOU I KNEW IT HAD TO BE YALL COME BACK IN HERE I NEED TO SEARCH YALL. OK first mistake is that is NOT how you will talk to underaged boys. Second, they are fostering kids meaning they already go through a lot, and here you go running out accusing them of being Theives In front of EVERYONE. He didn't politely say hey you guys can I check your bags he ran out like he was "about that's life". So, I told him hell no, not only have you accused them of being "thieves" already along with the last 3 people. Clearly there is something wrong with the detector IDIOT. So he's like "y'all need to come back in because I just KNOW YALL stole something. Like how dare he ? I said oh no, he said well I'm calling police, I said call them and while your at it I need your information because that is unacceptable. The police came and they were very nice, they searched the boys of course, and DIDNT FIND ANYTHING. At that point the boys were extremely upset, and they had all right to be. TIM HEREON needs to be fired. Not only will I never shop in that store again but I will NOT recommend it. Because I'm pretty sure it there metal detectors are off one day, you will be accused of stealing. The mall security was even laughing at him. His customer service skill are terrible and I will be reporting this incident to corporate!!! DO NOT SHOP AT F.Y.E in concord mills mall!!
Pretty wide variety of goods, but not organized. The employees are polite, but not really helpful with finding products. Their prices are all pretty reasonable. It's a good place to meander through when you're looking for new entertainment media.
