The patient advocates are awesome ( if I could rate them separately they would get a 5 star rating ) very good bed side manner, the Doctors and nurses in the back need to take lessons from them! They assume that every patient that they see are pill seekers and don't mind treating you that way. In turn making you feel almost ashamed for even being there when its THEIR JOB to listen to their patients! Thats why they took an OATH when they became Doctors ( not to mention that's also why they make the big bucks and have a comfortable lifestyles ). Don't get me wrong I am well aware of the epidemic that's taken over this country when it comes to prescription pills, but not everyone is apart of that epidemic. Some of us are actually in pain and not drug addicts.

Sorry excuse for an Emergency Room!!! If I could give a negative rating then I would!! Every time I'm there for myself or someone else its always a minimum of a 2 and a half hour wait just in the waiting room with every germ or bug that's going around. If your not careful you'll leave with more than you came in with!

I delivered our daughter last week(first child).

I'm a multiple heart attack and stroke survivor. Went to ER per cardiologist because of chest pain. Bloodwork showed probable heart attack. Someone had my wife sign weird paper without telling her what it was. Next thing I know I'm sent to outpatient observation and told I was going to have to pay even though I had 3 insurances. Then they tried to put me in a janitors closet with a bed that touched both walls and a locked shared bathroom. I left and nobody there seems to be concerned even after trying to call today.

The nurses in delivery were great. Made sure I was OK, if I needed anything they were on top of it making sure my delivery was comfortable. However, when we were moved out of delivery to upstairs to mommy and baby room the nurses up there couldn't be found. If I asked for water, majority of the time my bf had to go out to get it, where he would find the nurses gossiping in a circle. Very unprofessional. I got discharged as fast as I could just because I wanted out of there. Dont know if I'll be back for my next delivery. Always heard great things about northeast, but was left feeling like I was a bother to them.

The EMS drivers need to be more responsible with their laptop. They had an attitude problem. For example, they didn't even say, "Thank you" or even acknowledge my presence when I found their lap top and gave it back to them. If they ever forget their laptop again I will leave it outside my door so they can search and find it themselves.

I was in here today with my husband having chest pains. We checked in and was directed to waiting room. We waited another 30 minutes before triaged. We were there a total of7 hours. Most of it in waiting in waiting room. We were not only ones. Other patients with chest pains were required to wait in waiting room. Totally unacceptable.
