Lowe's needs to create a better customer experience. Not enough qualified associates to help customers, especially during peak hours. Employees are friendly, but often seem stressed out and trying to do too many things at once. Home depot offers a much better customer experience - Lowe's should try to emulate it. Offer better training for less experienced employees and also offer them more competitive wages to keep them there after they are properly trained.

Since moving away about 3 years ago. I miss this Lowe's. I have a Lowe's where I live but, this Lowe's has so many more choices and inventory in general. Employees are always nice and helpful no matter which Lowe's I shop at. I always recommend Lowe's over Home Depot. Lowe's also has beautiful home decor items on-line, just FYI.

Very great experience!! Damion was fixing items with his other co-workers. I asked if he worked in the department where I needed help and he said I work in flooring but I can help. He walked me to the item I was looking and asked questions to make sure it was the best fit. Very knowledgeable and made sure I didn't need anymore assistance before leaving. Employees like Damion make your experience worth coming back to visit. Thanks to the Manager who hired this young man.

Do not spend money for a bathroom renovation here. We paid tens of thousands of dollars to have two bathrooms renovated. They promised us 2 weeks per bathroom. It has been two + months, and only one is done. We have to ask them almost every day if someone is coming because they rarely tell us, which is really inconvenient since we work from home. The answer usually is no. We’ve requested a schedule for months now and continue to be promised one but have yet to receive one two months later. This is a big problem because we had a flood in July and cannot get floors installed until Lowe's is done. We've had to contact corporate to get any kind of response... and they haven't responded for days now as well. The women working in the design department have no problem pressuring you to pay but disappear when it comes time to have the work done or with any problems. They had a young teenager cut the tile in the only bathroom that is done. Not surprisingly, it had to be redone because it looked terrible, and every piece was cut differently; plus, he admitted that he kept breaking it--tile we paid for. They also used the wrong/not enough tile on the backsplash, so that had to be redone. Additionally, they don't do work we've paid them for (like installing a seat in the shower). Not to mention, the grouting job is horrible (incomplete and holes in it), and they leave cigarette butts all over our road. Between working full time and grad school, this has been another full-time job that we've had to manage ourselves. If you work with Lowe's, you will have to watch them every step of the way and beg them to come to your house. We've had great experiences with other local contractors, and we should have just stuck with them. They also have been the only renovation company that required (and pressured) us to pay 100% up front. Awful experience from start to... well, middle, because it's still not done. UPDATE: New shower door is cracked because of uneven tiling and the Glass Doctor refused to install the other one because the tiling is so uneven. :( Also, sand throughout my house because they used the wrong texture and color grout. Getting out of our contract and having our personal contractor rip everything out and do it right.

It was black Friday and it was great. Associates were very helpful and the checkout was good also because there were plenty of registers open.
