On Feb 24th, 2016, an adjuster for one of the major insurance companies came out to my home to evaluate wind damage to the shingles on my roof. The adjuster documented a total of '15' shingles were damaged. The Repair cost would be less than my deductible. I called JP Solutions and the owner came out and performed his evaluation, took pictures and found a total of 73 shingles were damaged or missing. As a result, I appealed the insurance adjuster's findings with the major insurance provider. After going back and forth with the provider, JP Solutions sent their report to the providers Corp office. The provider sent out a second adjuster (10 weeks later) who found 66 shingles were damaged or missing. Note the original adjuster found 15. After re-evaluation, the insurance provider agreed to replace the roof. In late May 2016, a crew arrived from JP Solutions and removed my old roof and replaced it with a new top-of-the-line roof. A great job all around from JP Solutions.
Please be aware of this contractor!!! He looks like a nice guy in the picture, but don’t get fooled. I hired him to fix my porch last Oct, 2014 and it was 2 days’ job. He did a nasty job less than 4 hrs in a day not completing the work and demanded for the payment stating that I signed the contract. He refused to come out to fix it and asked for more money to do so even though that part of job was stated in the contract. He threatened me with a small claim court and commencing a lien on my property. Look at the picture on my google profile. My porch looks horrible!!! John Feil is a scumbag. He wants his client’s money without completing his job. He doesn't listen to his client’s complaint and doesn't even care! All he wants is your money for undone repair! He thinks that he’s entitled to get money for his shitty job. Please think again before you sign the contract with him. Once you sign, you’re doomed!!! John and Elaine gave very professional service! They replaced our roof. The work was done on time and for a fair price. I would totally recommend their company.
J P Solution were the solution to my gutter guard problems. We have a dozen of 80 year old Willow Oak trees on my office building property. The small fine leaves have stopped up all the gutter guards we have tried. We tested one side of our office building and it solved our problem above my expectations.
They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.
