I'm ordering flowers for my girl, and Rick and his staff have come through with some very beautiful arrangements, which she absolutely loved. Rick makes it happen, putting it all together and getting the delivery there on time.
I called last minute to get an anniversary bouquet and I was expecting to be gouged like no other! I was ever so wrong. The customer service of this little shop is phenomenal and I highly recommend it. They were able to take my order on the phone and I trusted them to do the right thing and deliver. Rick and team are fantastic! Our family requested that Rick and his team custom design a casket spray. Not only did they understand our vision, they exceeded it with a beautiful one of a kind spray. I can't begin to express all the comments and compliments our family received. Rick also created an arrangement that perfectly complimented the casket spray. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Pots Of Luck. We were treated so very kindly during this most difficult time. I have used Pots of Luck for may special occasions, and have never been disappointed. His work is always consistent using only the most beautiful and fresh florals. Thank you Rick and Team for making such a sad and difficult time easier with your wonderful care of our family.
I highly recommend this florist to anyone who lives in the area or ordering for someone who lives there. Ordering on line while living in another state is always taking a chance but Pots of Luck created a most beautiful arrangement for my sister's 70th birthday. Customer service called to review the order and even added a little something extra when they didn't have the container in the photo. Delivered on time and my sister couldn't stop talking about it. A big thank you to Rick! It's hard being away from family but this florist helped make her day special.
