As soon as I got in the car I looked in the back seat and it doesn't even looked like they vacuumed... way to rushed vacuuming.. disappointed
This is the best Autobell in this area, in my opinion. They do a much better job of cleaning the inside if your car. Staff works hard but very polite ave friendly. I'm making this location my favorite
The manager was very sympathic to my complaint on the incorrect wash that originally ran, much better than my past experience on South Tryon Autobell which was horrible. She was great!! Appreciate the excellent customer service I received.
Most of the time they do a good quick cleaning. It really depends on who is doing the details. I have left with shinny new wheels and other times looks like they did not even touch them.
For what they did, I could have went to the Wiki-wiki and did a better job for less money. They did not vaccum out the car, even though I saw the guy open my doors and I had to clean the windows at the top myself. That was my first and only time going to this place. My ten year old can clean a car better than this place.
