My transaction with this dealership has been a nightmare from beginning to end. The communication was terrible. They changed the monthly payment quote AFTER we completed paperwork and ran a credit check. They only honored the original deal after I wrote terrible reviews on them. Now, after completing the transaction on 7/8/17, they STILL haven't paid off our trade 5 weeks later. Now we're getting collection calls on a car we no longer have, and we have to now make payments on both cars. We found out about this over a week ago, and were promised the payoff check would be over nighted the next day. It's been a week now and the car still isn't paid off. Apparently now we have to sue them to get this taken care of. I couldn't imagine having a worse experience with any business.
Bought a car from them a couple of years ago. Had an issue recently and gave them a call. The staff was very friendly and the GM was more than accommodating. Very pleased with their customer service.
My wife has also spoken to Alexis Greene, who also has done absolutely nothing. We're now about to have to make our second payment since this transaction on a car we don't have. We've filed a complaint with the BBB, and next will be a law suit if it isn't paid by the end of next week. I don't want another name of another person who will supposedly take care of this, I just want it done!
Update: It's now August 24th and My trade in still hasn't been paid off despite almost daily harassment from my wife. My wife has communicated with Lee Brown, our finance person, on numerous occasions and we've gotten nothing but excuses. He claims the check was sent out last week, yet it still hasn't been paid over a week later. The shipping number shows it was sent to Illinois, when it should have been sent to Iowa. We have no proof that the shipping information was actually for our payoff anyway. Lee Brown also tried to blame us for the dealership sending it to the wrong place, as if that's OUR responsibility.
That was a second time I stop by the fiat store, I walk out side minimum 15 min after I went to inside because nobody come to me and I a first question what a hell are looking in here???? you know what I mean. After i went to inside and check out a cars I spend about 30 min and nobody ask well what a hell are u looking for? I was very angry and I decided I will find somebody and I ask what kind of people working here or somebody want sew for me something? But I guy already seen me before inside but he don't do so much fuss why I am I here. This is a f***** handricks customer service. and I storm out the store and I said I have never ever will buy anything from the Hendricks.
I had a great experience here. as I walked into was greeted guy a guy named Doug. He told me up front he was a new salesmen but will try his best to make sure I was taken care of.. he went and got another guy named Paul and they gave my husband me an excellent deal!!!! Doug was so professional . I highly recommend you to purchased a car at any hendrick. Expecially from hendrick fiat. Ask for Doug or Paul
