Employees seemed confused at their job duties. I had to repeat my order multiple times , which was a steak egg and cheese bagel , a steak egg and cheese biscuit , and 2 sweet teas. Gotta love Mcdonalds ... Smfh
Manager very rude told employee to close window while I was complaining about order made wrong. Jakeema was the so call managers name. Her boyfriend was also a worker there he was also rude like he was going to fight got her. I received three orders handed out the window neither was correct! Hasbrowns in bottom of bag in no bag grease in bag. It's convenient going to work bit not worth the grief. I've been here in North Carolina 10years no improvement in 10 years.
I have been coming here pretty regular for the past 6 weeks and I am disappointed in the time it takes to get through the drive thru. At first it was quick and then it started getting busier and much slower. The staff doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the busy times. I only have 30 min for lunch and it gets really frustrating that I spend most of that time waiting in line. I would love for someone to come and retrain the crew at this McDonalds.
Always busy during peak times and for the most part 99% of the time fast accurate and friendly
I had a coupon for the app and it didn't take it off the bill. Staff didn't know what they were doing
