I was eagerly looking forward to trying out a massage at this new facility. I arrived early to complete the paperwork as requested and provided honest answers. I was informed that the company policy prevents them from performing a massage as I had MRSA 7 years prior. There was no further clarification or attempt to understand. One can spend 5 minutes on Google and understand that MRSA presents itself in many forms and a blanket policy without any clarification makes zero sense. Thanks for discriminating against a bacterial infection from 7 years ago.

I had a hot stone massage with Jada. Explained that I had shoulder surgery a year prior and held all of my tension in the upper back/neck region and to focus on that. Only limitation was if arm manipulation was needed, please don't raise my right arm. Barely any pressure and never asked how the pressure was. Barely spent any time on my upper back. Most time was spent on my legs and I was told to come back in 3 weeks to fix the issues in my legs....what issues I have no idea since I don't have problems with my legs. Stated on my form to focus on upper back and for firm pressure. Arms and hands weren't massaged. No head massage. Just felt like someone was rubbing oil on me. My friend had Vanessa and had an extremely different experience with the same services and would happily return. Very disappointing.
