Enjoy the PUB - just go on an evening that Austin is not working. Your experience will be much better.
Got there around 730 and was seated pretty quickly but to our waitress about 15 minutes to come take our drinks order and food. Then about 25 minutes after we ordered they said sorry out of pizza dough. We left and they didn't care at all

when we got there. We then waited for over 20 minutes for the second order. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, the amount of pasta wasn't anything like I'm used to receiving and quality was mediocre.
My wife and I eat here pretty regularly as we live and work nearby. I can say wit confidence that Afton Pub and Pizza is consistently good all the way around. The food always comes out in good time, as ordered, and hot (as long as its supposed to be hot!). The beer here is good as well. The service has always been great! These things keep us coming back for more!
Horrible Customer service by 80% of the staff at the PUB on the evening of 12/26. It makes sense with a leader like Austin.
Called to place takeout order, employee taking order had difficulty getting my daughter's name right (Laura is NOT an unusual name!) and. although we specifically asked for 2 orders of wings, only 1 was ready

The service our family received here was excellent. Richard our server was pleasant and funny. Benjamin the service manager went above and beyond during our stay. The pizza has been the best I’ve had since moving here last year (being from Chicago I like to think I know my way around pizza). I will definitely be returning and would suggest eating here to anyone who asks. The bruschetta and cookie skillet were also phenomenal.
