I don’t understand why they don’t deliver to
Great food! Really fresh. There was an error of what bread my sandwich was but was quickly fixed, while I are my salad.
I got my order wrong twice. My mistake because I ordered it from the kiosk and forgot to make it to go orders. They fixed it right for me both times. They were so great about it and understanding. Very clean restaurant. As always Panera is great =) thank you so much!
Disappointed in my turkey sandwich. Very little inside. Had to ask to add more. They were kind and brought a generous amount
My home and it’s less Than 5 miles from the store it’s in a safe neighborhood. I call to place an order and the cashier gives me attitude talking about, “sorry we just don’t deliver to your address and none of the locations do. That is very strange because my old apartment was further than my house and they delivered. Panera Bread use to be professional and care about their customers feed back they are starting to go down hill.
This is my favorite place to eat lunch by Concord mills.
We love Panera Bread, however this particular one in Concord was a huge disappointment. Food was sub-par and staff was rude. We have been to enough Panera Bread's to know this bad establishment is the exception, not the rule.
