Usually a good trip. This time some issues. Water in room never got hot, wall safe didn't work and two front desk requests it still didn't work as no one ever came to look at it, fridge had sticker that said complimentary water inside but none inside, elevators extremely slow. Get it together Great Wolf Lodge....we spent a small fortune, got a lot less than we deserved.
Awesome place for a family get away. Plenty to do for little ones (we have a one year old and three year old). Kids and adults will have a great time. We go every year and always enjoy ourselves. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend going if you're thinking about it
My family and I have stayed at multiple Great Wolf Lodge hotels and have never seen one like this. The staff was very grumpy upon check in. They require payment for any additional ears, which is not a big deal but the other locations provide them for everyone in your party. The games in the arcade were great, if they worked, which most of them did not. The water park was my favorite of all the locations but they changed the times that it was open at random. Thankfully there are many other Great Wolf Lodge locations because we will not be returning to this one.
I take my family to Great Wolf Lodge every year around Christmas time. It is an absolute blast. The kids really enjoy spending a few days at a water park. The lifeguards are excellent and the park is in good condition. The lines for the water slides are nearly as long as most water parks. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The kids love the themed rooms. Great Wolf Lodge is now a family tradition and it wouldn't be the holidays without a visit
Awesome facility. Kids loved it. Clean and inviting. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. I gave it 4 stars because they need a better craft beer selection and of course it could always be cheaper to stay there.
